I’m Clarissa Campbell—wife to a proud United States Marine Corps and Army Reserve veteran, (Eric) and mom to my beautiful daughter, Chloe. Family keeps me grounded, and my work is fueled by the same dedication, discipline, and love I pour into my home.

Professionally, I bring over two decades of experience helping organizations run smoothly and grow with excellence. I began my career as a paralegal, spending 10 years in the financial services and mortgage banking industry, where I honed my skills in compliance, contracts, and detail-oriented execution. From there, I served another 10 years as a corporate Operations Manager, streamlining systems and overseeing daily business functions. For 17 years, I worked as a Senior Executive in the nonprofit sector, where I led operations, finance, HR, and compliance, supporting multi-million-dollar budgets and ensuring that mission-driven organizations could thrive.

Today, through Campbell Consulting, I serve as a Fractional COO and Business Manager for small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. My portfolio spans a diverse range of clients, from a cosmetics company and music entertainment business, to a professional athlete, a catering and food truck venture, a gospel performing artist, and even an early childhood education center. In every role, my goal is the same: to bring order to complexity, simplify operations, and free leaders to focus on their vision.
